The candidate will be liaising with various business SMEs to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. The candidate should have the ability to participate in Requirements Definition and Functional Specification exercises on system enhancements & new projects, as a Business Analyst: The major responsibilities will be: The primary responsibility is to elicit, analyze, validate & specify the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users The BA will work with different User department and at a high level of quality in a timely manner. Basic level of expertise in overall systems design and will be knowledgeable about the basic concepts of general insurance business. Actively participate in requirement reviews to ensure compatibility and interoperability of computing systems. Basic Understanding of Insurance Industry strategies New Business, multi-channel structures, Distribution setup, Policy Servicing approach, etc.
