Must an own mode of transportable Good communication skills in English, Hindi & other southern regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu Position requires travelling outside of Bangalore as well *Job Description* -Responsible for technical related incidents for South India Region -Train Account Managers on POS Usage -Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns & requests about products. -Gather customer s information and determine the issue. -Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity; -Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications; -Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software; -Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business; -Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers.
