-Hard core sales function. -Selling of financial products. -Managing a team -Reviewing files/ output of team -Training the team for achieving desired output -Trouble shooting on team s output -Co-ordinating with relationship managers -Taking decisions on where to put up the file -Driving the team for productivity -Deciding targets for the team -Reviewing the team s performance and recommending RnR -SPOC for the DMAs -Encouraging teams to cross sell / drive revenue -Responsible for MIS -FOS activities. -Medical reps/Sales Managers working in jewellery/Watch/Automobile/High end Furniture showrooms with access to HNI customers would be preferred.
