Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a given set of territories to achieve business targets (both strategic and fiscal) by selling our products i.e. CCTV CAMERA HD/IP/PTZ/FISH EYE and DVR/NVR/VIDEO DOOR PHONE/) through the Distributors or channel partners and identifying new partners to dealer and distributer Manage end to end business at Key accounts with regards to sales, marketing & after Sales Drive Sellout & Sell through for all Key account partners. Ensure growth of Advik in terms of T3 reach Ensure hygiene of permanent and semi permanent fixtures deployed by the Organization. Ensure upward movement of the Key Accounts : B to A , A to A+ as per targets specified by the organization Ensure Stock & adequate range availability at any given point of time Draw & execute a marketing calendar for his accounts Maintain a minimum Retail Satisfaction Score. Must be from Hard Core sales From security and surveillance business.
