Position State Head Location: Maharashtra (Pune or Aurangabad) Experience: 1 3 years Travel: As per requirement Job Responsibilities and Duties: Must be graduate from Agriculture Background- B.Sc (Maths,Agri) **Insurance and Agriculture Industry experience will be preferred **Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a mandate. Should have ability to work in flexible time & willing to travel anywhere in state. Must have good knowledge in maths. Very good academic background with good command on spoken and written English/Hindi/Local language will be preferred Needs to be street smart. Excellent people management skills - able to handle a team of 10 - 50 people. Ability to deal with Vendors, team, govt. officials Excellent at relationship management with customers Should be good at operations Experience in Business Development preferred
