1. Prepare the business plan for the assign territory and be responsible for achieving the targeted distribution, coverage, sales volumes & revenues. 2. Develop strategies & plans to expand market and improve market share in the assign area. 3. Develop & maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products across the territory. 4. Do regular market to check route coverage, competitor activity & continuously search for new opportunities. 5. Ensure brand presence for products in the minds of channel partners/distributors & consumers. 6. Coordinate with the Line Managers to efficiently implement HR initiatives & skill development ideas. 7.Motivate team members, either through personal counseling and/or imparting training in tactical selling skills to improve & enhance their capabilities. 8. Develop the organization structure and ensure the right caliber of staffing & appropriate training to meet all job requirements.
