Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals. 4. Tracking distributor wise / dealer wise, SE wise targets vs. achievement. 5. Maintain attendance & leave records of employees. 6. Maintain Employee Database,Administrative supervision, Performance Management. 7. Preparing presentations for market analysis & research which help in understanding the data easily. Making graphs, pie charts to show the growth & contribution of products in market. 8. Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends. 9. Timely provision of information to the Sales managers / Directors to facilitate better decision making. 10. Compiling weekly reports for Sales Managers and Sales Director on pipelines.
