Profile Description: Team Management . Business Development Achieving sales goal through the team of financial advisors . Manage sales goal achievement through : Recruiting and Managing a team of 6 - 8 financial advisors ( Ex- NRI's , retired hands , housewives , business peoples, any professionals , teachers etc of Age 25-65 ) Training and developing advisors on an ongoing basis . Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales Management System. Achieving targets with the team of advisors . .Will be in payrolls of Max Life Insurance and will be reporting to Branch Manager . Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA. Experience : Minimum 1 year in sales.
