Position Sales - Manager Business Development Required By (Date) : Immediate Reports To (Person) Managing Director * To acquire business intelligence on the market and the prospective corporate in the city / area requiring business accommodation * To create budgeted plans for expansion of business in the areas under perview. * To identify prospective client"s exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales survey. * To liaise closely with operational staff on all details for a prospective new contract and gain their agreement on all details. * To maintain communication with the client once the contract is opened and shows an ongoing interest in the operation. * To co-ordinate and assist the projects and operations teams during the different stages of the project. Experience (Relevant experience the person must have) 3 - 5 years in Institutional / Corporate / B2B Sales specific to the cities mentioned above.
