Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market and ensure yearly achievement of sales target & profitability. - Conceptualize, plan and organize brand promotion activities by developing new communication mix and new strategies for brand launch. - Performs sales activities on corporate, builders, government agencies, etc. to achieve bulk orders. - Initiate and develop action plans to penetrate new markets & corporate sales. - Create and build new customers for lighting market within Western region of India. - Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. - Collaborates to develop sales strategies to improve market share. - Prepare action plans individually as well as for the team for generation of sales leads and prospects. Education: MBA (Marketing) / Any Graduation with good academic records with some technical know how in lighting industry will be preferable.
