- To look after the South 1 zone - To manage the existing sales & Business in the Zone3. To promote new business & increase our market share in the Zone4. - To focus and achieve sales Budget for the FY 2017-2018 and also in the coming years. - To make customer visits and promote our products and increase sales - To give Technical service to our existing and new customers - To co-ordinate with our Dealers in the Zone for sales increase & Sales Budget achievement - To follow up on payments & Monitor overdues. - To follow up with customers and dealers for C forms collection on time. - To monitor and intimate competition acitivites and theats for our business in the zone. - To identify new dealers for the zone - To focus and achieve sales budget for each year - To report on a regular basis about the weekly customer visits, trials, complaints, forecast, competition information etc to the HO/management - To build our brand image in the market / customers/dealers for future growth.
