'- Develop Terminal market in whole East MP (Bhopal & Jabalpur Zones) '- Responsible for Sales Target, delivery and direction of after service. - To conduct market competition analysis and competition product analysis, formulate the product strategies and market planning, and audit the fulfillment. - Evolve strategy to improve market share - Develop terminals in new markets monitor sales through ASMs, TLs, Key Counter Offcers for defined targets - Design sales promotional activities for terminal market - Manage end to end business at the terminal with regards to sales , marketing & after Sales - Drive Sellout for all Key account retailers - Ensure upward movement of the Key Accounts : B to A , A to A+ as per targets specified by the organization - Ensure Stock & adequate range availability at any given point of time - Proper Team deployment , adherence to beat plans , timely stock deliveries, claim & issue settlement - Implementing MOP Standards
