- Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service. - Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information. - Selling vacation packages including flight, hotel, car and extra activities. - Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy. - Handling Customers queries over the phone/ Email. - Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds - Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends - Enter data into our software and maintain client files - Maintain statistical and financial records - Meet profit and sales targets. Skills Required:- - Exp 2-5 yrs - Proven work experience as a travel agent - Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, e-travelling - Strong sales skills and commercial awareness - Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends - Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
