Job Description : Promote towards achieving secondary sales targets through order booking and POB execution Communication of various schemes operating and being a channel between distributors and retailers. Target setting for Promoters Supervising the overall working of the Promoters by keeping a track of their DVLs, beats, productivity, target vs achievement, POPM, growth etc. Adhering to his own DVL and own targets as well as cluster targets Ensuring daily reports are sent through mobile and monitoring Promoters, order forms and other formats. Ensuring product awareness and visibility through displays and other merchandising except posters Effective query handling and customer satisfaction. Handling and follow up of admin related problems, if any, faced by the Promoter. Ensuring consistent achievement of incentives by team members. Communication and coordination with Promoters for distributor related matters. Effective query handling at retailer level. Job Location:- PUNE, INDORE
