Position AVP Business Ops. Experience: 6-8 years. Travel: As per requirement Job Responsibilities and Duties: -The company works with clients like Cholamandalam, RSA, New India, UIC, EID Parry, GIZ, United India and offers its book of services in Agricultural Insurance, Vehicle Telematics, with each account having value of Rs 5 Cr. with a potential to increase to Rs 50 Cr. -We require seasoned relationship manager with understanding of Agri/Insurance sector, who have handled large accounts with internal team of team size of 100 people. -As our work pertains to rural areas, the person may be required to travel and build teams in rural areas. Knowledge of modern technology and an ability to steer the relationship to new heights is required.
