HR Generalist : *Recruitment Sourcing, screening, conducting interviews for all levels of management. *Employee Engagement Activities Plan fun Mondays, encourage team participation. *Grievance management Implement a robust grievance management system where employee grievances are sorted out in the most effective way. *Leave Management Ensure leave management system is in place for concierge team as well as other teams. *HR Operations conducting joining formalities, preparing offer letters, exit formalities, induction of new joiners. *Compliance Adhere to compliance set by government, make sure provident fund deductions, maternity benefits, gratuity are in plus as per benchmark set by government. Admin activities : *Take care of internet, laptop, CCTV camera, cleanliness issues in office. *Take care of stationary articles need to be stocked up in office Co-ordinate with office boy for day-to-day activities. *Maintain discipline and decorum in the office.
