- To Plan, monitor and implement appropriate quality processes and certification mechanisms in all the divisions. - To ensure that the products are manufactured as per the laid SOPs and all Products leaving the plant are as per the customer specifications. - Designing Quality standards as per customer requirement and to take decisions on further action in case of quality non-conformances - To monitor and control procedures for testing incoming material & items, inspection, testing and certification of all In-process and final products. - Designing and Running Customer Complaints Redressal System. - Formulate and monitor implementation of quality plan and technical services to ensure delivery of quality technical services , Product Development, Plant & Product Certifications - Provide quality related MIS to ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting. Ensure MIS reports set up for each customer segment and monitor the accuracy of the MIS reports
