The Project coordinator is responsible for the smooth operations of various projects in coordination with the designers/Team Members. The Project Head oversees, regulates and leads the various functions of the team and is a single contact point for the companies. His or her responsibilities include implementing the projects effectively as per the KPIs of the company, deciding and measuring program deliverables, both qualitative as well as quantitative. He needs to have a thorough understanding of the project and must be able to satisfy the demands of the client in the time bound manner. Defining program deliverables based on clients demand and helping the team to achieve them. Maintaining the records in the form of documents and CDs as per clients requirement for reference purpose
