- Prefered PMP/PRINCE II Certified required - One point of contact between Client and management - Must be able to handle multiple projects - Hiring of resources for the execution process, if required - Plan, Strategies, initiate, direct, control the project - Ensure Quality control of the project - Minimize the possiblities of failure through risk management - Plan, Estimate, determine and control the cost of the project - Strategize, monitor, plan, execute all project information is appropriately documented and secured and and make adjustments as necessary for successful completion - Establish and review communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project - Point of contact between management and funders - Ensure that the project deliverables and completion are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality - Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phrase
