Understanding the feedback from customers, customer team, providers and business development team. Execute the process setup for improving the quality of listings on Wandertrails website. Maintaining the existing live units on website; updating rates, inventory, room category etc for accommodation. Digitization & Supplier Engagement: Digitization of content (written media, photos, videos, calendar, inventory, details of inclusions, T&Cs, cancellation policy, pricing, slots, supplier profile and other relevant details for the customer). Supporting the field sales team in pricing and commission. Managing end to end registration process of all suppliers.
