- Delivery information of material at consignee's site and to be informed to HOD/Management - Timely acknowledgement to the customer and job review to be submitted to the HOD -Required information to be collected through Technician and to be cross checked with the customer and inform the HOD on weekly basis - To maintain commissioning record and report to HOD if any remark or red flag by end user - Register and acknowledge the complaint, attend & resolve the complaint. - Maintain record on Demo/Exhibition and inform HOD - Maintain incoming letter record and reply accordingly without delay on customer complaints. - To maintain commissioning record and add ultimate consignee details in record and inform to HOD - Performance report to be collected from Customer and inform to HOD - After sending budgetory offer follow up to be done with the customer for order on spares after market - Always to keep track on the movement of Technician PAN India on daily basis and to be informed to HOD
