The Product Implementation Lead has direct responsibility for managing implementation at client place from end-to-end, raising issues to the Regional Operations Manager as required for resolution or escalation. This position is responsible for the organisation and delivery of software product implementation, with the assistance of the Product Support/ Technical team. While being predominantly internally focused, this position requires a strong communication bridge between all departments, and the client, in order to execute and deliver a successful Product implementation. As this role is client facing, strong interpersonal skills are required and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service. Security of our client s data is paramount and the role requires a Security First mindset. The role also requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft, Apple and Google operating systems for laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Key Responsibilities and KPIs will be discussed
