BDO will be directly responsible to manage the retailers and distributors in the assigned territory Responsibilities include Achieving sales target and other KPI s of the assigned geography Identifying and onboarding retailers and distributors Driving width and depth of distribution Direct responsibility of sales numbers of the assigned territoryOPERATIONS & SALES Preparation of a detailed sales plan for the month basis the assigned target Driving and achieving Sales and Distribution Target New outlet enrolment Driving width and depth of distribution Scouting for potential distributors basis the product category Adhering to the time lines for submission of the daily MIS reports Industry Knowledge of Beauty, Hair and Cosmetic products with an understanding of the trends and developments in the industry Strong selling skills and geography knowledge STAKE HOLDER MANAGEMENT Managing Retailers and Distributors Daily reporting to the Area Sales Manager
