BDO will be directly responsible to scout and onboard retailers to use Amazon Pay Services Identifying and onboarding retailers and distributors Achieving outlet onboarding targets for the month Increasing transactions of Amazon Pay at onboarded retail outlets Ensuring all the mandatory documentation required for KYC are in place Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Well Groomed and Presentable personality Excellent communication skills with working knowledge of English and Local language Knowledge about digital payment industry will be preferred Strong selling skills and geography knowledge Working knowledge of excel Proven track record of meeting targets OPERATIONS & SALES Preparation of a detailed beat plan for the assigned territory Driving and achieving onboarding and transactions target New outlet enrolment KYC Documentation Adhering to the time lines for submission of the daily MIS reports Managing Retailers & Daily reporting to the FieldB Officer
