Asst Manager Legal would be required to help Company in shaping up its Legal strategy. He would be reporting directly to the management on all legal matters. Travel: As per requirement Job Profile: - Manage contractual matters with clients/vendors/partners and ensure related regulatory issues, including compliance on contractual agreements. Drafting and Vetting of commercial contracts entered by the Company Well-versed with all Corporate Laws. Guide various teams to manage & resolve disputes commercial or labour disputes. Liaison with service providers, external legal advisors, government, regulatory authorities and in various jurisdictions. Has an understanding of Patents, Copyright and trademarks laws in India and Abroad. Desired Profile: 1 - 3 years of legal experience including experience of contract drafting and management of commercial litigations. Good understanding of laws related to intellectual property rights, technology, labor laws and contract act.
