Review and analyze RFP questions to determine key project requirements. Work with Subject Matter Experts and Service Lines across the entire RFX Lifecycle Prebid, Bid, Proposal Defence, SOW preparation etc. Generate initial draft using content database, templates and other sources. Leverage the frameworks that are in-place. Interface with management, Service Line leaders, Delivery leaders, Presales and Sales teams to ensure that responses meet client/prospect requirements Ensure responsiveness to the client's/prospect's stated requirements. Incorporate all information into a presentable, professional, and competitive proposal. Coordinate with subject matter experts and content manager to update central knowledge base as responses are created, developed and enhanced. Assist Sales-Presales and Service Line teams in preparing Executive Summaries, Section Introductions, and Conclusions etc. Manage the proposal submission schedule as per RFX mandate.
