The incumbent will beresponsible for the following activities: Drive Employee Engagement initiatives at all plants Support GM IR in handling Legal matters. Support team in removing the bottlenecks in recruitment process. Training + Development: Competencies Enhancement Identify Training needs and ensure the Training calendar is being followed at all plants. Assist them incoordinating and carrying out Training related activities. Design, Develop and Coordinate Internal Programs Coordinate with External Training institutes as per need basis. Monitor Program Effectiveness Maintain training records and MIS Implementation of On Line Testing + Self Learning Modules Compensation Management: Collect Market Information Review Compensation Industry Forum, Participate in Comp-Surveys Assist in finalizing promotion proposals for all departments Assist in finalizing salary change/revision proposal for all departments in coordination with CORP/HR
