Shall have adequate knowledge on Setting, Operation & Cleaning of Sifting, Milling, Granulation, Blending & tray drying operation in manufacturing activities Should independently handle equipment s like Sifter, Mill, Tray dryers, HSMG, FBE/FBD & Blender in manufacturing areas Responsible for troubleshooting of equipment s like Sifter, Mill, Tray dryers & Blender in manufacturing areas Responsible for carrying out Product to Product change over & Batch to batch changeover within stipulated time by ensuring GMP compliance Monitoring & Recording of environmental conditions in the Granulation, Blending & Other process areas Cleaning of Process and Non Process areas Should follow cGMP practices in the manufacturing area & should ensure SOP compliance while working in the manufacturing area Responsible for carrying out in process checks related to batch manufacturing.
