Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing the legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Maintains in-depth knowledge of benefit programs and offerings, and accompanying compliance requirements. Ensure all data entry is accurate for all changes made in the the HRIS System. Administers HR programs, including Leave of Absences. Provides HR guidance and consultation. Takes initiative to identify and anticipate employee related matters. Provides support to Department Leaders with requests related to polcices, reports and employee matters. Responsible for maintaining enrollments and changes for all employee benefits.
