Inspection and Audit.Manage attendance (In Form No.14), absenteeism of company staff.Supervising overall Factory Housekeeping activities & accommodation Regularly monitoring, generating MISDealing with other legal activities and contact with legal adviser.Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievance.Involve in ESIC/PF related activities.To handle legal issues.Strong personality with can do attitude.
