Will interact with external Vendors (CONSULTANTS) to manage the process of empanelment and all related documentation for the same. Will be responsible to manage the payment process for external CONSULTANTS for Recruitment Review and track vendor performance and manage the process of all external vendor billing and payment. Key Responsibilities: Manage Vendor/Agency relationships. Manage payment process for all external vendors for recruitment. Manage vendor empanelment process and documentation related to vendor empanelment Manage vendor grievances & escalations. Adhoc vendor performance analytics and reporting
