Main activities: Responsible for general housekeeping and misc. Repairs maintenance work. Laisioning Assisting accounts department with making voucher & Cheques for various vendors & employee. Working on day to day banking work on routine basis. Maintaining all the files & records. Office automation: maintaining the all office automation equipments to avoid breakdowns and keeping proper records. Filling the bill of entry & other with NSEZ office Co ordinate with regular vender to run the facility i.e. canteen, water supplier, transport, tea & coffee, housekeeping, stationery etc. Maintain inventory on regular basis without any pilferage Overall in-charge of admin department in the absence of any senior manager Other duties as assigned. AUTHORITIES: Time to time review of all records of payments, inventory etc. Review proposals received from vendors Making the payment to various govt. agencies before due date i.e. electricity, telephone etc.
