Job Purpose: Responsible to evaluate student s needs & create a custom plan and offer guidance to individuals, families & groups who are coming for the admission procedure. Look at an individual's education level, work history & interests to suggest potential career paths and set career goals for admission team. (KRAs): 1. Assist people with the process of making career decisions, by helping them choose a career or educational program. 2. Help students understand & overcome social or behavioral problems through individual and group counseling. 3. Provide individual and small group counseling based on student needs. 4. Work with students to develop skills, such as organization, time management, and effective study habits. 5. Help students set realistic academic and career goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Job Requirements: 1. Master s degree in career counseling or similar 2. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. 3. Problem-solving & organizational skills
