-SME Department/Commercial Banking Business Banking. -The position calls for a banking officer who can develop new, profitable business relationships for the bank and service existing accounts. -Candidates should be able to work with colleagues to cross-sell bank services and to network with professionals in the community for the purpose of bringing new business clients to the bank. -The relationship manager will be expected to participate in local civic and cultural activities. To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial non-financial objectives. Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable levels. Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities
