- Calling prospective shoppers and getting them on board as mystery shoppers with the company. - Identify shoppers who fit the client's criteria and assign them an audit. - Explaining the assignment guidelines and ensuring the shoppers have understood it. - Ensuring that the assignment is completed within the deadline and criteria mentioned by the client. - Prior experience in the corporate world in any customer facing function. - Follows the laid out processes diligently and suggest process improvements where necessary. - Responsiveness to client/team's needs and are able to multi-task successfully.
