- Providing secretarial support to the MD for meetings, appointments, correspondence. - Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for meetings - Taking minutes, drafting resolutions - Following up on actions from meetings - Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports - Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required. - Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, various agencies and vendors. - Will need to travel all over India with MD
