- Securing appointments and closing deals ( KYC included) - Understanding Customer s occupation and needs - Introducing and explaining suitable products - Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Cost Efficiency. - Resolving converted customers queries problems - Applicant MUST NOT have worked with Aditya Birla Group. - Applicant should be ready to undergo 22 days residential training at Training Campus. - On successful completion of four weeks of classroom training Program, the candidate will be absorbed as Agency Manager with Birla Sun Life Insurance as a part of the initial 2 years stint. - Post completion of successful 2 years in Birla Sun life Insurance, he/ she would get an opportunity to work with any of other Aditya Birla Financial Services Group Companies. - The location of posting shall be decided by the Organization on the basis of the needs of organization. On successful completion of the training, the participant will join at the post of Agency Manager.
