Proactively Managing delinquency. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, fraud unit, Risk Analytics, Underwriting and HR. Key Accountabilities: Put in place Collections Strategy for the year and tracking it to achievement. Building Recovery Strategy and Account Flow Management. Ensure speedy issuance of Summons, Warrants by effectively using various Courts. Effectively using the Branch infrastructure by allocation and monitoring written off cases. Proactively managing NCL by Restructuring of Loans Competencies Expected: Domain expert (both Legal and Collections) Team Player Initiator Innovative Good operations and banking knowledge
