We are looking for the one who Leads Team provides direction and guidance to team members. Responsibility: 1. Previous BPO voice experience is must (preferably from Sales & Marketing outbound process domain) 2. Must have experience in handling team, Roaster. 3. Quality check of all Client specified reports generated during the shift. 4. Mentor & Guide team members in improvement of individual performance. 5. Ensure Quality of Services provided by their individual teams. 6. Ensure Product Knowledge on all Products / services for the assigned team. 7. Conducting regular briefings. 8. Preparing performance reports and publishing the same to all stake holders 9. Interact with the Operations team & monitor the performance real time 10. Ensure timely and effective roll-out of New Updates to the frontline 11. Suggest improvements to modules for better learning. 12. Support & monitor new team members during the OJT 13. Conduct timely & constructive feedback and counseling of team members.
