A travel Sales Expert specializes in coordinating and booking travel arrangements for individuals, groups and businesses. - Selling holidays Package s. (International) - Dealing with customer queries and complaints - Meeting profit and sales targets. - Tour operations. - Proven work experience as a travel agent - Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, e-travelling. - Strong sales skills and commercial awareness - Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively - Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends - Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field - Exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team. - Experience - 1.5 yr to 6 yr
