Managing attendance and leaves of the Team. 5. Allocating Telecalling lists to advisors. 6. Continuously give inputs to the team members on their progress reports, leave records and areas of improvement. 7. Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins. 8. Responsible for re-training of advisors. 9. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts. 10.Competition tracking (for processes performance, schemes)
