- Candidate who are will to do rotational shifts (Front-end role for US Clients). - Responsibilities: Level1 Support: Windows Desktops, Antivirus (Symantec, AVG, McAfee), Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance. - This role is for our IT Managed Services Team who offer 24/7 IT Support for our US Clients. - IT Helpdesk support L1 User Accounts Creation/Renaming/Deletion. - Group Accounts Creation/Modification. - Service Accounts Administration/User Account Password Reset. - Terminal Services Connectivity. - Administrating IIS Service. - Administer Domain Printer, Printer Management. - Administering RADIUS Service/Administrating FTP Servers. - Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. - Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required. - Verify that all domain controllers are running with the same service pack and hot fix patches. - Configure and administrator various backup solutions.
