1) In House Sales. 2) Should be able to execute sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 3) Should be able to Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target 4) Should be persuasive, persistent and result oriented with problem solving abilities 5) Remote Monitoring for all adviser per week & provide appropriate feedback to the advisor. 6) Sourcing Demat a/c / Investment a/c and Corporate clients for Education/Research/Equity Sales 7) Providing services to the prospects and generate new business. 8) Generate Broking Business and maintain strong client relationships. 9) Creating new avenues for increasing client base and revenue 10) Training Period : 15 Days , Stipend - Rs. 1500/- 11) Probation Period : 3 months (including Training Period) 12) Agreement - 6 months
