Mandatory : Must be from a Property & Casualty background with some team management experience - Analyze claim, premium and related data to support the senior team members in their decision making processes. - Develop complex actuarial and valuation models. - Prepare insightful monitoring of segment claims experience and key performance indicators. - Perform statistical/actuarial analysis to assist in the estimation of claim costs for the company's accounts and budgeting process, - The impact of various rating factors on risk premiums calculations - Overall premium rates; - Capital requirements and allocations; and - Reinsurance requirements and allocations. - Maintaining and expanding documentation of processes and methodology - Prepares technical reports or related documentation for different lines of Business as required. - Owns service delivery of multiple deliverables and deliver above SLA performance aligned with strategy, focusing on efficiency, productivity, insight & quality.
