Support front office users re: L1/L2 software & hardware Support market data applications (e.g. BB terminals, Reuters). Interact with 3rd party vendors & other IT groups on activities related to trading floor applications (e.g. Deal Hub upgrades, ION, Orchestrade) Create tickets in HPSC L1/L2 support for end user computing (e.g. phones, blackberry, desktop, laptop, VM) Application installs, configuration, End user communication to designated groups on upgrades, issues etc. Monitoring for trends & escalate if issues (e.g. desktop patching causing issues, application URL errors, Blackberry outages, network latency) Escalation of issues to wider IT group if unable to resolve Excellent communication skills Early joiners preferred 24*7 Shifts Minimum Qualification - Graduate
