LXME DSA Channel Manager Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through Direct Selling Agents -DSAs and achieve sales target through the DSA channel Explore sourcing channels and on-board DSAs for LXME as per targets Provide Sales support to existing and new relationships Maintain call reporting and MIS Providing support & training to DSAs for Business Development. Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of DSA channel. Ensure constant engagement and retention of the DSAs Planning different activities to explore better business opportunities and new developments. Solving DSA queries. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2-3 years of financial services experience preferably from an Insurance firm managing DSA Channel Good communication skills, Go-getter and entrepreneurship skills Experience in building MLM channels Company Profile: LXME- India's 1st financial planning platform for women.
