The role includes managing business & personnel of the branch. Motivating the staff for achieving the targets is his/her key activity. Branch head reports directly to the regional manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Business Development activities o Customer Acquisition & Retention o Targeting HNI and Corporate clients for the branch o Competitors Analysis o Daily morning meetings and discussions with staff o Review of Performance based on various parameters i.e. Monthly review - Revenue per employee, branch profitability, etc. and Weekly review-volumes, brokerage, client registrations, etc. o Monthly training programs for staff (Product related/ Communication Skills/Day-to-day Operations/Risk Management & Compliance) for improving caliber. o Maintaining discipline in the Branch and ensuring compliance. o Attend to employee grievances and maintain team spirit and camaraderie in the Branch. o Monitoring branch activities like payin/payouts/customer grievance, etc. on daily basis
