Manage sales goal achievement through : Recruiting and Managing a team of 6 - 8 IM's ( Ex- NRI's , retired hands , housewives , business peoples, any professionals , teachers etc of Age 25-65 ) 1. Recruitment and Coaching IM's, 2. Building and Developing IM's on going basis. 3. Sales Leadership. IM's will be in payrolls of the company and will be reporting to Sales Manager . Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA. Experience : Minimum 2+ year in sales.
