Primary responsibility is to drive Insurance Sales through company Group retail and BTL reference and leads generated by affinity tie ups. The FLS plays a pivotal role of being the Insurance representative to offer customized solutions to every financial need of the customer. 1. Educate the Customer about the product 2. Lead Generation activity @ the Mall and by conducting BTL activity 3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business 4. Close the leads assigned by the call centre team 5. Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updating in Maximizer 6. Customer Servicing 7. Collection of Renewals 8. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
