1. Identify potential location or catchment area for Ceat Shoppe / SIS / MBO appointment in consultation with the Regional Manager and Zonal Business Manager 2. Coordinate with the TL for appointment of hot prospects for CS / SIS / MBO 3. Training of Franchisee / dealer staff in terms of functional / soft skills including product training , claim training , customer handling skills, pricing, customer service scheduling and follow up etc 4. Delivering outlet wise targets along with SKU mix. 5. Plan and execute demand generation activities / footfall enhancement activities in consultation with the RM and ZBM 6. Tracking and monitoring footfalls 7. Ensuring maintenance of customer database in exclusive outlets for regular follow up actions. 8. Ensuring franchisee / dealer adherence to specified format requirements. 9. Conducting Customer experience audits and reporting. Identifying, planning and executing improvement actions in consultation with the RM and ZBM
